Report on the Winter Festival – “Safia English Professional Day”

 

On Monday, December 16th, the Winter Festival took place .The senior teacher Haifa rashid albloshi attended & joined with them at Safiya School at 7:00 AM. The event, titled “Our English Professional Day”, featured a variety of engaging and educational activities designed to promote English language skills and foster a sense of community among students.

 

The festival began with an assembly, followed by a shared breakfast that brought everyone together in a cheerful atmosphere.

 

In the Hall, a range of interactive sessions and activities were organized, including:

•Model lessons,

•Workshops,

•Presentations,

•A reading café,

•Debates.

 

For Grade 12 students, a winter picnic was held, providing a relaxing and enjoyable break. Other key activities included:

•Grammar competitions,

•A speaking corner to practice conversation skills,

•An English clinic to improve language proficiency,

•Talents and crafts exhibitions showcasing students’ creativity,

•A sports corner to promote teamwork and physical activity.

 

The day concluded with a main breakfast, which added a festive and collaborative touch to the event.

 

The Winter Festival successfully combined fun, education, and teamwork, making it a memorable experience for both students and teachers. The event highlighted the importance of English language learning in a creative and interactive way while celebrating students’ talents and efforts.
